  • Update and maintain procedures and appropriate documentation.
  • Collaborate with all Company departments in management of the actuarial control cycle; review, analyse, develop and recommend modifications to data, methodologies and assumptions.

Key Requirements

Working as a member of the Risk Management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of risk monitoring, capital modelling, financial reporting and Solvency II Internal Model developments.

Main activities

  • Take ownership of the analysis and reporting of aspects of the approved Internal Model Capital requirements within the AXA Group reporting framework.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • A part-qualified actuary with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in life assurance or reinsurance.
  • Experience of stochastic modelling and sophisticated cash flow modelling systems, e.g. Prophet, Moses or similar with a keen interest in developing IT skills.
  • Experience of derivative instruments (especially swaps and futures) would be beneficial.

This role is to act as a Fund Governance Specialist for the Pensions & Investments Business. The role holder will report to the Fund Governance Team Lead and support the Head of Finance, both of whom are qualified actuaries, to provide commercial support to the Pensions & Investments Business. About Role
